<Help> Ajax not working in my PC

Hi to all members

 

i had already installed ajax extension on my pc which uses a windows xp home edition and a microsoft visual studio 2005. I had followed a simple tutorial from

but that simple tutorial doesn't work on my pc, the panel wont refresh although the time already elapsed.

 

I also had tried in windows server 2003 with a vs 2005 but the same problem still occurred. can somebody help me,in my vs 2005 i previously installed aspmedia which uses ajax , does this cause the problem?
