Redirecting a php script to another file.

Hi,

 

Can someone please,

 

I have a contact us script which is made up of two files,

 

1 index.php

2 submit.php

 

How can i make the submit form showup just about the contactus index when someone doesn't fill in the form correctly.

 

my forum is phpbb3, the contactus index has been added to my overall_header file using the include function.
