MisterGuru Posted February 19, 2008 Share Posted February 19, 2008 Hi guys. I am in need of a simple sign up sheet for photography schedules. My acct is on Godaddy, so I have PHP, and I have not used MySQL but I understand it's available too. Right now I am doing church directories, and I would like to make a little "control panel" for me to say these dates and these times are available at these intervals (# of minutes apart for appointments), and the user the just sees a standard signup sheet... maybe they click a Radio Button on the preferred time, enter a name and phone number... that gets stored and they get an email reminder shot out. I am sure some of you can do that in 10 minutes :-) I know I can do it in 3 days using files, no database experience here! Thanks in advance for your help!
