You could just add a little check to make sure the session var is set:

if(isset($_SESSION['UserAccess']))
{
    if ( $_SESSION['UserAccess'] == True) 
    {

}
else
{
    echo "Oops! Session is not set :-(";
}
?>

 

You realise that you still have asp code in there yeah?
