PHP DATE FUNCTION

What IS the function showing? Is it shawing A time/date? Are you running this off a remote web server? If so, that server may very well be in a different time zone than you are. If you need the time to always be in YOUR time zone you will need to offset the current time accordingly. If you need the time to be in the USER'S time zone you would need to know that user's time zone in order to offset the time for each user.
