help installation problems

i have downloaded php 5 and apache 2x and the installer though when i install this messahge comes up (this is a printscreen)

I see you are using the PHP installer. Dont use the php installer as PHP doesnt need an installer and it does nothing if you are using Apache. I would recommend you to download the PHP5 binary zip package instead. All you have to do then is extract the contents of the zip file to where you want php to be installed to, for example C:\php

To configure Apache and PHP I would recommend you to read [a href=\"http://uk.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.apache2.php\" target=\"_blank\"]this section[/a] of the manual.
