I Forgot how to download a file from my server [lol not what you think]

Right I'm like completely brain dead this morning,

 

I need to download a file from another page basically masking the download hiding the direct download from my server so basically when I view 'download.php' it downloads a file like 'blahexamplefile.zip' from somewhere on the server.

 

How do I do this again.
