PHP Server Side on IIS

Recommended Posts

I am new to PHP, so any help is appreciated.

I am trying to use Win2k3, IIS, PHP, and MySQL.  I have everything working, but if I browse to my .php files, I can view source and see the PHP Code.  This means that I can see my Database connect Variables.

I am to understand that PHP is server-side, and never shows what is in the actual script.  However, I can see everything in the script.

Does PHP not work with IIS in the respect that it hides what is in the Script?  Or is there something additional I need to install/enable?

Thanks for you help.
