Installing Login Session on my site

Ok so I installed Login session right: SCRIPT FROM HERE: http://www.myphpscripts.net/?sid=7&tid=45

Register to view or else it wont say WELCOME "blah"

 

Well in order for it say WELCOME: Welcome NAME. [Logout]

 

I need <?php require("login.php"); ?>

 

and when that happens, people need to register to see the site. I don't want them to register at front page. Instead I want that to have the ability to register. You know with out the <?php require("login.php"); ?>.

Also I was wondering in the login thing. To say LOGIN or REGISTER if they are NOT loggged in. And if it say they ARE LOGGED IN to NOT say Login or register but say WELCOME [NAME]

 

I was thinking it would have to do something with show if variables.
