That being said, it depends on what you're looking for. Do you want a text editor, a design tool, or a true IDE? Does it need to integrate with SVN? Do you want FTP built in? Will you be doing other languages where you might want to use the same tool? etc etc. I'm sure if you move to the code editor forum they will be able to help you.
