I need to create a form for a window fitting company.

It will allow people to get a free price quote. They fill in a few details, eg:

- How many windows they need
- How many doors they need
- type of glass

ect....

When they submit it a quote will be displayed. But i dont know how to do it. Could anyone help me or point me to a tutorial or something?
