I have this form which should have two dropdown boxes. the first box should contain types and the second box should contain items under the selected type. For example. I have 3 types Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3. Now each class has there own list of items let's say Class 1 has Item1.A, Item1.B and so on. The types and the items will be coming from a mysql database.
