If memory serves in either php.ini or httpd.conf (php.ini I think) there is a setting that says something to the effect, "allow script to continue processing/parsing even if user drops connection" - I think it overrides max_execution_time

Does that ring a bell to anyone? I can't find it cause I can't remember the directive name and I am going batty!
