It lists the development languages:

 

VC++, VB, ASP, Delphi, .NET, etc

 

None of which are PHP, so it may not be possible. That being said, I have never tried to mix php with other serverside languages, so it may be possible but I just don't know how to do it. It probably wont be that easy though.
