phpfox installation question {urgent}

its either iam slow or i really dont get it im useing filezilla and i cant copy and paste help me out please is it telling me to copy and paste the server.sett.php to there different places or what????

Your config file "server.sett.php" has been generated.

Please copy this file from the "install/file/" folder to the "include/settings/" folder.

 

You will also need to copy the "install/file/htaccess" file to the phpFoX root folder and rename it as ".htaccess".
