Searching multiple parameters in WSDL

Hi, I'm tryin to make a search form thru my site that uses Web services/WSDL but it seems I can't figure out who to search multiple parameters.

 

Here is what I want to do:

 

You enter "chicago" in the search box and hit submit. It searches for stores with either with chicago in their name or located in the city chicago.

 

It seems I can do one or the other or chicago named stores in chicago but I can't display both. Here is my call... ANy suggestions?
