Position Div relative to cursor?

I am looking for a function so that onmouseover, will show a small div (with information about the link).

 

I could probably work it out, but I need some information:

 

How do you position the div relative to the cursor? So like, when you mouseover, the div goes 5 pixels left of the cursor, and 5 pixels down from the cursor.

 

If you have a code for this already, or know where I could get one, I'd be very greatful.
