The Little Guy
I have a window function, that keeps track of the windows I have open, I am not sure if that is the problem, but the problem I am having is that FireFox is blocking my pop up windows, even when I have "Block Pop-Up Windows" unchecked in the options menu. So... Why is it still blocking them? JavaScript: var wins = {}; function msgUsr(user_ID){ if (!wins[user_ID]){ wins[user_ID] = window.open('/MCIM/msgbuddy.php?userID='+user_ID,'','left=100,top=10,scrollbars=no,menubar=no,height=300,width=400,resizable=yes,toolbar=no,location=no,status=no'); }else{ wins[user_ID].focus(); } } function removeWin(user_ID){ delete wins[user_ID]; } Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/94498-firefox-blocking-pop-ups/ Share on other sites
GB_001
Yes, Firefox does block popups as it has it's own subtle pop-up blocker. You should use DHTML popups as they are unblockable.
