help with configuring PHP

Hi,

 

I was wondering if i could get some help here.

 

i got the following error

 

Checking PHP configuration...

    PHP version 5.1.1 OK.

    display_errors: 1

    error_reporting: 2039

    safe_mode: 1 (double check data and attachment directory ownership, etc!)

    safe_mode_exec_dir:

    variables_order OK: EGPCS.

    PHP extensions OK.

 

My question is when it says safe_mode: 1. I think it mean safe_mode = on, am i right?. Then, my next question is it requests to double check data and attachment directory ownership, etc. My login account has admin right, so i can't see there's a problem with the file access permission. My OS is windows XP Pro.
