fopen

Using fopen to create a new page I want to make it like a normal page, if I insert a string thought what will it do with it if it was a fully working page, like I basically want to choose to name the page, and I want to insert it with a bunch of code, the problem comes into the mix though, when I want to like have the page select from a database its content, etc, but how can I get it to ONLY to dynamically create what its page name and name of the table in which it will be selecting content from to do that and not do anything else.

I was thinking to use in the fopen would i be able to do

$string = " ?>

my entire document including php, html, and maybe some javascript

<?php ";

 

//fopen etc

?>
