unable to view/get files(images) from n level deep subdirectories in localhost

In my website, I have one gallery for viewing of images and another gallery for downloading of music files.

The problem I met now is that the images cannot be displayed in the gallery at all and the download link for music files does not work. All the images and music files are stored in n level deep subdirectories:

http://localhost/Testing/PHP/UserAccount/email@hotmail.com/photos/$filename

And

http://localhost/Testing/PHP/UserAccount/email@hotmail.com/music/$filename

Below is the code for images:

$storedImage ="UsersAccount/" .$email."/photos/" .$imageName;

$displayImg = "<img src=\"$storedImage\" width=90 height=90 border=0\>";

echo $displayImg;

Below is the download links code for music files:

a href=http://localhost/Testing/PHP/UserAccount/email@hotmail.com/music/doreamon.mp3> Click to download
