unable to view/get files(images) from n level deep subdirectories in localhost

Recommended Posts

What do you want to do? Have a file browser for browsing all files in a certain directory or have PHP search directories for a curtain file type, eg jpg, gif mp3 etc and then display them/link to them. Need more information really.

In my website, I have one gallery for viewing of images and another gallery for downloading of music files.

The problem I met now is that the images cannot be displayed in the gallery at all and the download link for music files does not work. All the images and music files are stored in n level deep subdirectories:

http://localhost/Testing/PHP/UserAccount/[email protected]/photos/$filename

And

http://localhost/Testing/PHP/UserAccount/[email protected]/music/$filename

Below is the code for images:

$storedImage ="UsersAccount/" .$email."/photos/" .$imageName;

$displayImg = "<img src=\"$storedImage\" width=90 height=90 border=0\>";

echo $displayImg;

Below is the download links code for music files:

a href=http://localhost/Testing/PHP/UserAccount/[email protected]/music/doreamon.mp3> Click to download

These are my existing code:

codes for displaying Images:

$storedImage ="UsersAccount/" .$email."/photos/" .$imageName;

$displayImg = "<img src=\"$storedImage\" width=90 height=90 border=0\>";

echo $displayImg;

Below is the download links code for music files:

echo "<  a href=http://localhost/Testing/PHP/UserAccount/[email protected]/music/doreamon.mp3> Click to download <  /a>";

If can, could you kindly post some example code to help me along? Thanks
