dmschenk
I am looking to revise a preexisting event registration form to allow "optional additional fields" I'm not sure what this method is even called but here is what I want to do: When a person registers for an event and they have more than one family member that needs to register they can click a button to add more name fields to the form. A second option is once their cursor leaves the field, a new blank field would automatically appear below the previous one so that they can add fields. If someone would please help me find a solution to this I would be appreciative. Thanks Dave Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/96581-optional-additional-fields/ Share on other sites
