combine user tables of same site

Hi,

 

A site has a forum software (wowBB) installed and separate login to interact with different sections of forum. Also the site has a login and registration form. So two separate tables are there with user informations.

 

How can I combine these two tables? I am not planning to combine these two tables and create a single table.

 

I am hear for your GREAT IDEAS.
