bad_gui
I'm trying to allow the user to use checkboxes to insert default category terms into the category column of a flatfile DB. There is more code but I'm only showing what is relevant. None of my php books uses checkboxes in this way and I can't figure out how to get this to work. $category = $_GET[category]; <TD VALIGN="top"> Check appropriate category: </TD> <TD> <?php echo $_GET["category"] ?> <LABEL> downstream signaling <INPUT TYPE="checkbox" NAME="category[]" VALUE="downstream signaling"> </LABEL> <LABEL> surface protein <INPUT TYPE="checkbox" NAME="category[]" VALUE="surface protein"> </LABEL> <LABEL> autocrine signaling <INPUT TYPE="checkbox" NAME="category[]" VALUE="autocrine signaling"> </LABEL> </TD> <TR> <TD VALIGN="top"> <INPUT TYPE="submit" VALUE="Upload"> <INPUT TYPE="reset" VALUE=" Reset "> </TD> </TR></TABLE> </FORM>
