*SOLVED* Opening blank php file when trying to PHPmailer an attachment

Im using phpmailer to send a msg and attachment, however, with this attachment code when i load it in the browser it opens a blank php file named the same as the file im running. What does this mean?

 

The php file and the attachment is chmod 777, they are all members of the same user and same group on Fedora Core 4
