ucffool
From PHP.NET as reference: <?php // The message $message = "Line 1\nLine 2\nLine 3"; // In case any of our lines are larger than 70 characters, we should use wordwrap() $message = wordwrap($message, 70); // Send mail('[email protected]', 'My Subject', $message); ?> You are using single quotes around variables, when I assume you wanted to actually send the value of the variable, not the name of the variable literally. <?php // for readability: $subject = 'TundraIRC Advertisements'; $message = "Someone wants to advertise on tundraIRC: $firstname $lastname $company website $email"; if (mail($email , $subject,$message)) { echo "<h4>Thank you for sending email</h4>"; } else { echo "<h4>Can't send email to $email</h4>"; }?> At this point, you should see one of the two echo commands since mail() returns TRUE if there was nothing wrong with the function's request to send the email, but that doesn't confirm the email will actually reach its destination.
