how to build Advertising network

first i think you for your time

i am new in PHP and i would like to make affiliate Advertising network so i make advirtising for companies and affiliates do markiting and have money through pay per click or visit company site something like CJ.com but i get money from company i make markinting and pay out money for the affiliate publisher with counter and country visitor  state

i would like to have free script for that or some one help me to how to make that in php and MySQL
