Hello,
I read a tutorial about building apache from source and enabling ssl support. The tutorial is [http://lamps.efactory.de/e-lamps-2-0.shtml] here [/url]. I also built php as a loadable module and it works fine.
However ssl is not working.
The configure option the article recommended was:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache
--enable-modules=all
--enable-ssl
--with-ssl=/usr/local/openssl
--enable-so
I left out --enable-modules=all. because I don\'t want any other, except for php and ssl. In apache\'s modules directory there is libphp4.so but no ssl. Additionally, httpd.conf only has
<IfModule mod_ssl.c>
Include /conf/ssl.conf
</IfModule>
Is this what I should expect with the above configure script?
Any help on how to enable ssl support?
Thanks
