For over a week now I have been looking through loads of scripts trying to find something like an easy to install template for my website gallery54.co.uk I have zero knowledge of website design and have built this from a template. The template however has no contact form! <spit> My ISP has no contact form I can use If anyone can suggest a decent template Requirements: A Contact Form with multiple (max 3) attachment option (jpegs) to enable artists to send me by email their pictures for inclusion in site and catalogue. The fields required are 1. Sender 2. Senders email 3. Subject choice from dropdown menu 4. Message area 5. Attach files x 3 browse to local folder Or, if you want to offer assistance at a fee? Thanks
