If you look at the link in IE you will see that they page is shifting when you look and the page comes down. It is a few parts to this site but the code in the source should tell am I correct in saying that? If you look at the link http://vegasdsports.com/main/index2.php in IE you will see. Thanks

Did that and still did not work http://vegasdsports.com/main/index2.php it seems to be an IE issue. In Fire fox, Chrome and Safari it works good. Thanks for the help any other thoughts?

I have created a newsletter program for a company and I was asked if it could send message at times they request. I looked everywhere to find something like this and I am unable. I want them to beable to let them pick the time and date they want to send out there newsletters. I also want them to be able to scheduale them. Any help with do.
