Installing GD Library with PHP in Windows

I am using PHP 4.4.3 and GD Library. I did the install and changed the extension information per the GD Library website. When I test to see if GD Library is installed, I get the following Message: PHP Warning: Unknown(): (null): Unable to initialize module Module compiled with module API=20050922, debug=0, thread-safety=1 PHP compiled with module API=20020429, debug=0, thread-safety=1 These options need to match in Unknown on line 0 Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?
