Hi, I have a "images.php" file in my htdocs directory but I also have an images directory there. I would like rewrite to take http://www.mydomain.com/images/ => http://www.mydomain.com/images.php I tried the usual : RewriteRule ^images$ images.php [L] but apache thinks that I'm trying to access the images directory http://www.mydomain.com/images/ rather than the file images.php. Any way around this problem? cheers dan

Hi, I've been trying to get ForceType to work by placing the following in my .htaccess file in the same directory as the "towns.php" file. <Files towns> ForceType application/x-httpd-php </Files> But I still get the 404 file not found when i try to access the http://www.mydomain.com/towns Do i need to bounce apache? I'm running - I got this information from my phpinfo() Apache/2.2.0 (Fedora) PHP Version 5.1.6 Many thanks in advance
