Hello! This is hopefully a question with an easy answer. What is happening in this method: public function routeStartup(Zend_Controller_Request_Abstract $request) { $this->getResponse() ->appendBody("<p>routeStartup() called</p>\n"); } what is the $request doing after the request_abstract I seem to have missed some really basic stuff here... Thank you very much for your help.
