Unable to insert the data into data base

Hi Team, I have a php page where I have taken the same userid and linked in the next page and also used show/hide function. I am Running WAMSERVER,I have name this file as servertime.php.tried to execute this on webpage I am below error "Current Server Time:NaN:NaN:NaN AM (undefined)".
