On Line 65 there is an error stating this:

Line 65 is:
$tab=$_REQUEST["tab"];
I honestly don't understand how to fix it. I've tried and I've had no luck. If you can help, I'll appreciate it! I'm pretty new to PHP so I'm not the most fluent at it. All of my coding is below.
