Starting from scratch or if I can find one online I am pretty sure I am going to make it 2 tables One table will have all the info for each day the other table will be the view and it will update each day, connected to the first table

I want to make a table with 2 columns and 5 rows. I want the first row to have a fixed text that doesn't change. The whole first column will also not change. The 2nd column will change though(besides the first cell). I want to make a table that updates the 5 rows daily with certain times. I have the 5 times for each day already(I want to update for 1 year daily by it self) any help?
