    There are lots of video conferencing solutions. Most of them are hosted such as GoToMeeting, WebEX, GoMeetNow, etc. If you don't like hosted solution and prefer on-premise solution, go with video conferencing appliance. Most solutions support browser-based meetings. If you want faster speed and advanced interactive features, your clients would better download a small client.
