  3. in all other browsers my positioning is fine but in firefox it is not working properly. http://respiratoryscholar.com/ that is the site. it is the 2 elements in the top banner for facebook/twitter. If you can lend me some help that would be awesome.
  4. I started a non profit called Clean Up Main Street. It is my first site I have built using Wordpress. http://www.cleanupmainstreet.com thanks
  5. The only thing i really noticed was that the background image load times are intense i would optimize them more. other then that it looks great.
  6. opera and chrome have it built in (right click and inspect element) Opera has the most functionality imo.
  7. thank you for the info I didnt know.
  8. Both were provided by the client by "their artist"
  9. Kevin to start off, I totally agree with everything you said. I have a very hard time accepting a screwed something up or that Im not doing the very best I can possibly do, and I also tend to be defensive and I need to accept crits and take them for what they are. That is the reason I am posting here is to get used to accepting that. That being said you make a lot of sense and I should have stepped up and informed the client that I have better alternatives. I am working on a huge site right now that I am hoping will be amazing and I have 100% creative ability on it. I am looking forward to you specifically critiquing it so i know weather or not Im heading in the right direction. Again thank you and sorry for being defensive. (p.s. no pink flamingos for me)
  10. this is 2 comments on that demo page itself. try this see if it works.
  11. touche, I redact my last statement.
  12. I appreciate the comments, although i should have probably added that the site budget was 150.00 and the links / content was strictly asked to be this way by the client. I guess I should have interfered and told them a better way to do it, BUT 150.00 and respected clients wishes. I know its just excuses and dont matter its still done incorrectly. Just asked that i'm not flamed on for something a client wants.
  13. Just posted my newest site. Let me know what you think? StillPhantoms.net
  14. Thats going to be a future fix. The requirement is to fit on the 13 inch Mac, which it does. I will be making it scroll able in the long run.
  15. The site is in testing, not live yet and i control the orders. They are also aware.

    css3

you save it as .css still, you just use css3 selectors and and attributes. you dont save as .css3....
  17. Ya im sorry it stand for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station out of San Diego CA
  18. The site was super low budget to start off, I will be upgrading it with more later on. Thats why its a simple layout.
  19. I would understand the confusion if it was a general public site. Its a fulfillment site for SCE. They are the only ones intended to use it. They pre buy 200,000.00 in shirts and then each department orders what they need/want. Thank you for the critiques I will be taking action and updating the site.
  20. In your structure you have style.css in the path you have screen.css. Seems like a silly question but are you using the correct file name? if all else fails use Dreamweaver to link it.
  21. I did research it, and I couldnt figure it out. I only posted all the .js because there are alot of posts state there isnt enough info provided. Ill use your link and try again, but i have had 0 luck thus far. Normally i can figure this stuff out on my own, sorry to bother you.
  22. well you only need the part of the code that relevent, the continue shopping button will just take you back to index.html and the remove item button will keep you on the same page. Basically all i need is to know how to redirect on button press to another page. I cant figure that part out.
