If someone can point me in the direction or assist me here I would greatly appreciate it.
I would like users to be able to select an item from a dropdown menu that pulls information from a MySQL database. Just for example purposes... the State dropdown menu when you're registering for something. When the user selects <insert state here> it saves that record. Then on the main page I would like it to show Jack (random name) and have it place an existing picture of Florida next to Jack. (images stored web server).
