  1. C'mon guys: This is your captain speaking. AND THIS IS YOUR CAPTAIN SHOUTING!
  2. Probably they're just in the html folder. I mean it seems the most obvious answer. Please tell us when you've fixed the issue, I'm really curious now
  3. I agree with @dalecosp, there are tons of people who are becoming programmers nowadays and only people who work very hard will get a good job as a programmer. One day I hope to quit my current job and become a full-time programmer.
  4. CodeCademy is, in my opinion, a good place to start. It's an interactive way to learn. You can also try Udemy, Treehouse (if you're willing to pay). You should check this: https://www.reddit.com/r/learnprogramming/wiki/index. This contains a list of recommended (but also NOT recommended) places to learn from.
  5. I think I'll look into some Michelin tires and see if I afford them. Thanks for the help, but I'd love to hear more opinions!
  6. I know this is pretty much a forum about php programming, but I need some help with some tires. I have a 2005 Volkswagen Golf 5 and I've got it very cheap, because it's in a pretty bad shape. I've worked a lot on it, but now I need new tires, and I know nothing about them. Some friends recommended me this website "Holmes Tire" (.com), but I don't know what to think of it, I don't want to make a mistake. I'm looking for some tires only for this season, I'm going to change them when autumn/winter comes. Also, I'll drive a lot on the freeway. Thanks!
  7. I hope that you DO realise that you need more people and make a team, you can't just create an app yourself. I mean maybe you could, but you need to have people in charge of security and all that. I'm just saying... But if it's just a learning project then of course you can do it alone
  8. Here's a free CS course: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1BD8BJJUNaX63m2QmySWMGDp71nx4W4MyyiIBlfMoN3Q/htmlview?sle=true It is very useful and it's definitely going to be useful! I hope you'll like it
  9. Another one: A guy and his date were parked on a back road some distance from town, doing what guys and girls do on back roads some distance from town. As things really started getting hot, the girl stopped the guy and said, “I really should have mentioned this earlier, but I’m actually a hooker and I charge $20 for sex.” The guy reluctantly paid her, and they went on with their business. After they finished, the guy lit up a cigarette, sat back in the driver’s seat and stared out the window. “Why aren’t we going anywhere?” asked the girl. “Well, I should have mentioned this before, but I’m actually a taxi driver, and the fare back to town is $25.”
  10. I know a friend of mine who works for a company that uses TinyMCE and said it's pretty hard to work with and he doesn't really recommend it.
  11. I understand. On an unrelated note, who's the guy in your avatar? It looks so familiar, I'm sure I've seen the photo somewhere else. I think it was a guy who robbed a place and disappeared from a plane...? I could be wrong though.
  12. I know this thread's a bit old, but do you really have to use VBScript?
  13. I thought it'd be great to have a thread in which everyone could share jokes! I'll start: My ex girlfriend tried to humiliate me by telling all her friends that I was terrible in bed. Imagine her surprise when they all disagreed.
  14. What Guru said is true. You have to keep trying to learn. It may be hard at times, but it's DEFINITELY worth it. When you can finally say "what's the best/most efficient way to solve this problem?" and not "how do I start solving this?" is such a good feeling.
