Thank you for your reply. I think I solved the problem, it only crashes on windows, when uploaded on the server with linux it seems to work fine.

Im moving some directories and its content on my site using a php script I wrote, however apache crashes even though all the files and db changes take place just like it was meant to happen. Also PHP spits ' file does not exists'. I wander what might be a problem. Im using a standard rename(olddir, newdir) function in my script. could anyone give any ideas
