    i want using php's iis function To create domain or sub domain or virtual domain ...... but i can not using this functions  ???

    i have a problem when i will use IIS Function. i dont know how to use IIS functions (in php ) when i run my program i see this error :: CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers Please Help Me. . . .
