Dyshein

I'm trying to creating a web interface to a database but since the database is in oracle and not mysql I need to add compiler options to the PHP files to make them work properly. Only problem is, they compile when accessed and I am confused as hell as to how to add compiler options to something that doesn't really compile. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
