    Hi, I'm trying to locate a string within a HTML document. However, I'm facing with encoding problems. Due to this problems strpos () function fails. I'm directly reading content of HTML page using fsockopen() and fread(). Encoding of HTML document is iso-8859-9(turkish) and encoding of the string I want to locate is windows-1254(again turkish). How can I solve this problem? Any ideas?
