We are using a simple helpdesk system, for which I would like to know if there is a way of auto-login a user based on a unique helpdesk-code? We supply special foot scanners, which are equipped with a touchscreen. From the scanning programm there is a direct link to the internet helpdesk. If the scanners computer is connected to the internet, the online helpdesk is available. The only problem is that these users normally do not have the registration / login data at hand. Is there a possibility of scripting an automatic login procedure for these users? Thanks. - Jos Wissink
