Hi, I am working on a project management system where in a project manager assigns a task to a resource on a particular project. Once this is assigned, the resource would receive an email informing him / her that an activity has been assigned. In this same email I also need to include a link on click of which the activity would be automatically saved in the outlook of the resource. The resource can then look at all his / her activities for the week or for the month that has been already assigned to him / her in outlook itself. Can somebody please suggest me on where i can find how to get this done? The activity / task will have dynamic fields like Project Name and Task name and will also be associated with a particular time and date.

I infact had searched for tools to do this conversion online but didnt find any free tools. My client doesnt have money to purchase paid tools like ON2. Can someone let me know if there is any free online conversion tool thats available? And of course this definitely solves the issue in the dedicated server environment if I get the free tool. But doesnt solve the same issue in the shared hosting environment as I cannot install a third party s/w in a shared hosting. Is there any other solution thats available? I seriously doubt whether I can play all the file formats using flash. Can somebody please let me know if this is right or not?

Hi I am working on two projects at the moment and in both the projects I need to play videos uploaded by different users/ visitors. One project employs a dedicated server while the other one is hosted in a shared hosting environment. Accepted video formats – 3gp, mov, avi, wmv, mpeg, mpg and file size limit is 20Mb. Can someone please let me know if there is a common plugin that I can use to play all these video formats? And also how do I overcome the issue pertaining to the server time out when uploading a file as heavy as 20MB. Thanks Learner

Hi I need to employ a number of external style sheets (like default.css, w3c.css, ie7.css, print.css) to achieve the greatest consistency in layout and presentation across the range of browsers I have to support. When a user accesses the administrative site they are issued with the PHPSESSID session cookie. This controls the authenticated state of the user’s session and appears to be solely relied upon for authorisation checks. Once the user has successfully authenticated to the application via the administrative login page they are now authorised to access the administrative resources located on the server. Consequently, if a valid PHPSESSID cookie value was stolen it can be used to gain authenticated administrative access to the application without the user being required to supply valid authentication credentials. Can somebody provide me a solution on how to overcome this issue? Thanks RA
