Use Table from Other DB?

I have to MySQL databases, DB1 and DB2, DB1 is a myspace type database, DB2 is a shopping cart. users can access the shopping cart thru their page, however, being that they are different DB's users have to recreate all their information. I was wondering if there was a way for DB2 to get all the user information from DB1? thanks
