So i am switching a website from one server to another and i am having alot of issues. I have fixed almost all of them i believe but one major one i am having is i get this error when i look at any page that uses the "truncate" and i dont know how to fix it... The server it was on was a windows based dedicated server and the one i am going to is a godaddy linux based one. Can anyone help me??? PLEASE I BEG OF YOU! Ok well i did the research on that and what the yahoo topic said was exactly how it looked before i fixed it. One question still remains though why would it do this to only one site on the server and not all of them????

So if someone has had this happen to them let me know why it did if you can figure it out. Oh and on every index.php (not any index.htm or html pages... wierd) in every folder on the site has changed to this as well. So something happend and i dont know what. Its wierd because the google analytics urchin.js isnt even located on the index.php its on the header.php which is included with this page... HELP PLEASE

Hello i am turning a cfm file into a php file and it is just about done. all that i need 2 do is figure out how to change this function to make it work for php. what it does is after a certain ammount of chars it will put in a <br> so that it is not all clumped 2 gather. can someone help me figure this out?? Sorry everyone but i have never used a custom extention for any website i have ever worked on. now i was handed this one and i am trying to get the virtual server (Linux on godaddy) to let this extention work by using this line AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php3 .phtml .foo in the httpd.conf file and it still wont let .phtml files work... does anyone know what is going on? oh and its an apache service
