    phpMyAdmin won't work on windows XP and Windows Vista because I installed a cgi binary version of PHP, ISAPI INSTALLATION Doesn't work my system.

    PHP works but some functions are inaccessible I had the same problems on Windows XP but I think I read an article on www.php.net about the workings of IIS6 on Windows XP that solves it but I used the windows installer and php is installed as a cgi binary. Can anyone help me solve this problem?
